Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Jeanine Tripodi Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "AnchorIt™"). They govern your use of the AnchorIt™ website and app (the "Service").
1. Accepting these Terms
By starting a trial, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What AnchorIt™ does
AnchorIt™ is a communication tool for high-conflict situations. It analyzes messages you receive (what needs a response, what doesn't, and why) and suggests rewrites of messages you plan to send. It is built on The Composure Codes™ methodology and powered by a third-party AI provider, Anthropic.
AnchorIt™ does not send messages for you. You decide what to copy, edit, and send, through your own device and apps.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is not directed at anyone under 18.
4. Your account
Access is tied to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.
5. Free trial, subscriptions, and auto-renewal
- New users get a free trial. The trial length is shown at sign-up.
- Plans are $15.99 per month or $99 per year, in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes. Prices shown at checkout control.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- You must cancel before your trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your paid plan starts automatically.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, at the then-current price, and you will continue to be charged until you cancel.
- To avoid the next renewal charge, you must cancel before your renewal date. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Cancellation deadlines and renewal notices follow applicable law, including the laws of the State of Arizona.
- We will give you notice before any price change takes effect for your plan.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
- Cancel before your trial ends and you will not be charged.
- After the trial, cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- All payments are non-refundable, including partial periods and unused time, except where required by law or as stated in Section 17.
- Professional access codes and discount codes have no cash value and may expire.
7. Not legal, medical, or mental health advice
AnchorIt™ is a communication tool. It does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, therapy, medical care, or mental health services. Using it does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship.
AnchorIt™ is designed to help with messages in divorce, custody, co-parenting, and other high-conflict situations. If you are in a legal matter, talk to your attorney about what you send and how it may be used.
8. AI output and your responsibility
- Suggestions are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, inaccurate, or a poor fit for your situation.
- You decide whether to use, edit, or ignore any suggestion. You are responsible for every message you send, including how it may be read or used in any proceeding.
- Review every output before sending. Do not rely on AnchorIt™ to identify deadlines, legal obligations, or safety risks.
- Do not include more personal or case details than you need. See the Privacy Policy for how messages are processed.
9. Safety
AnchorIt™ is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. If you are experiencing domestic violence, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Write messages that threaten, harass, stalk, or intimidate anyone
- Violate a court order, protective order, or the law
- Impersonate someone or deceive anyone about who is writing
- Submit content that violates the usage policies of our AI provider
- Copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Share your account or access code with people outside its intended use
We may suspend or end access for violations.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how messages are processed by Anthropic, and what is retained. It is part of these Terms.
12. Intellectual property and professional codes
- AnchorIt™, The Composure Codes™, the Service, its design, prompts, and methodology belong to Jeanine Tripodi Consulting LLC. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service.
- Professional access codes are for the named professional to evaluate the Service. Affiliate partners are also bound by the Affiliate Terms.
13. Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep AnchorIt™ available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add, or remove features. We may also discontinue the Service at any time (see Section 17).
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any outcome in any relationship, negotiation, or legal matter.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from messages you choose to send. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Jeanine Tripodi Consulting LLC against claims arising from messages you send, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
17. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and cancel anytime (Section 6).
We may suspend or terminate your access, or discontinue the Service, at any time and for any reason.
- If we end your access because you violated these Terms, no refund is due.
- If we end your access or discontinue the Service for any other reason, we will give you notice when practical and refund the unused portion of any prepaid annual plan. Monthly plans will simply not renew.
Sections 7, 8, 12, and 14 through 18 survive termination.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Before filing any claim, both sides agree to try to resolve it informally for 30 days by contacting the other in writing.
