AnchorIt™ Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective: September 1, 2026

By joining the AnchorIt™ Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.

Affiliate Commission

Approved affiliates earn a 15% commission on qualifying annual AnchorIt™ subscriptions purchased through their unique affiliate referral link.

Commissions apply only to completed, eligible purchases that are successfully attributed to the affiliate through AnchorIt™’s affiliate tracking system.

Qualifying Referrals

To qualify for commission, the subscriber must purchase through the affiliate’s unique referral link and the referral must be successfully tracked and attributed to that affiliate.

Affiliate commissions are not available for self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, duplicate referrals, or transactions that cannot be attributed through the affiliate tracking system.

Payments

Eligible commissions are paid approximately 30 days after the qualifying subscription purchase.

Commissions associated with refunded, disputed, reversed, fraudulent, or charged-back transactions may be withheld, cancelled, or deducted from future commissions.

Legal Professionals

Attorneys and other legal professionals are not eligible to receive affiliate commissions for client referrals made in connection with legal representation or legal services.

AnchorIt™ intentionally keeps these referrals commission-free so there is no financial incentive attached to an attorney’s recommendation to a client.

Individuals who hold both legal and non-legal professional credentials should contact AnchorIt™ before participating if there is any question about whether a referral is eligible for commission.

How AnchorIt™ May Be Represented

Affiliates may share their personal experiences with AnchorIt™ and use approved information and marketing materials provided by AnchorIt™.

Affiliates may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about AnchorIt™, its capabilities, or potential results.

AnchorIt™ is a communication support tool. Affiliates may not represent AnchorIt™ as providing legal advice, legal strategy, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis services.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or professional relationship with AnchorIt™ or Jeanine Tripodi Consulting LLC.

Brand Use

The AnchorIt™ name, logo, trademarks, marketing materials, and other brand assets remain the property of Jeanine Tripodi Consulting LLC.

Affiliates may use approved AnchorIt™ materials solely for the purpose of referring potential subscribers to AnchorIt™. Materials may not be altered in a way that misrepresents the product or brand.

Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates may not engage in spam, deceptive advertising, impersonation, misleading promotions, or any activity that could reasonably damage the reputation of AnchorIt™.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable laws, professional rules, disclosure requirements, advertising standards, and regulations governing their own activities.

Program Changes and Termination

AnchorIt™ may modify the commission rate, eligibility requirements, program structure, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated when appropriate.

AnchorIt™ may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation for violation of these terms, misuse of the program, fraudulent activity, or conduct inconsistent with the AnchorIt™ brand.

Affiliates may stop participating in the program at any time.

Acceptance

By submitting the AnchorIt™ Affiliate Signup Form and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
